Cancellation policy

What you sign up for. Subscribe & Save delivers 1 bottle of the NAD+ Collagen Firming Serum every month at 15% off the regular price. The price, delivery frequency and total are shown on the product page and at checkout before you confirm.

Automatic billing. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your saved payment method automatically for each delivery, on the same day each month, at the subscription price shown at checkout, plus shipping and taxes if any, until you cancel. You receive an email confirmation after each renewal.

No commitment. There is no minimum number of deliveries. You can pause, skip a delivery, change your frequency or cancel at any time.

How to cancel. Log in to your account at aplomeo.com, open your subscription and click “Cancel subscription”, or email support@aplomeo.com with your order number. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 2 days before your next billing date (shown in your account). Cancellation stops all future charges; deliveries already billed are shipped normally.

Price changes. If the subscription price ever changes, we email you at least 14 days before the next charge at the new price, and you can cancel before it applies.

Refunds. Renewal orders follow our Returns & Refund Policy (unopened products within 30 days). If you are charged after cancelling in time, contact us and we refund that charge in full.
