Orders & shipping

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the United Arab Emirates.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and usually delivered in 5–11 business days. During holidays and peak periods, high order volumes can extend delivery times. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. See our Shipping Policy.

Will I pay customs or import duties?
Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may be charged by your local customs authority when they are not collected at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not shipped. Email us at support@aplomeo.com as soon as possible with your order number.

Products

How do I use the NAD+ Serum and Cream together?
Apply 3–4 drops of serum on clean skin, morning and evening, then seal it in with the NAD+ Peptide Firming Cream. In the morning, finish with sunscreen.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Every skin is different. Always do a patch test 24 hours before first use and stop use if irritation occurs.

When will I see results?
Skincare works with consistency. We recommend at least 4–8 weeks of daily use. Individual results may vary.

Returns

Can I return a product?
Yes, unopened products in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. See our Refund Policy.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will send a free replacement or refund.
