Refund policy
30-day money-back guarantee on unopened products. You can return unopened products, in their original sealed packaging, within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened skincare.
How to start a return. Email us at support@aplomeo.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We reply within 24 hours on business days with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.
Return shipping. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and are not refunded. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days; your bank may take a few extra days to post it. Original shipping costs and optional add-ons (Priority Processing, Shipping Protection) are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
Bundles and free gifts. If you return part of a bundle or of an order that unlocked a free gift (for example the Collagen Ritual Masks), the refund reflects the price you actually paid for the items returned, and the bundle discount or gift may be deducted if the remaining order no longer qualifies.
Damaged, defective or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We send a free replacement or issue a full refund, without asking you to return the item.
Subscription orders. Each Subscribe & Save delivery is covered by this policy like any other order. You can cancel future deliveries at any time; see our Subscription Cancellation Policy.
Cancellations. You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not shipped. Contact us as soon as possible at support@aplomeo.com.
Your rights. This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state.
